Simplify Recruitment & Monitoring Performance with Talent Management System

Our client, Codex, a leading Telecommunication company in Indonesia, recognized the critical need for digital transformation within its Digital & Technology Business Directorate. To support this endeavor, they embarked on developing a Talent Management System (TMS) platform. The platform aims to simplify recruitment processes and monitor the performance of digital talents crucial for the company’s evolution. We began by identifying and resolving any usability issues that may be detracting from the user experience within the TMS platform. Our focus was on improving the readability, accessibility, and visibility of design elements to ensure that users can easily navigate and interact with the system. Additionally, we worked to enhance user engagement and satisfaction by implementing features and enhancements that make the TMS platform more intuitive and user-friendly.
